We're still have some problems with our own downloadable area, I really have to appologise to everyone for this, this have become quite muddled up recently, specificaly since I havnt been able to really pay attention to the site so much since the rush at University. Still once it calms down I promise you I will personaly deal with each of the issues.
For now Bloody Monday #5 is out, as per lay time, I suggest running over to Gievmoar or Onemanga to give this a read. Once again I appologise for the inconvenienced caused by the current mess of the site.

| Double Update #Bloody Monday |

I don't know what it is with this project, but no one ever seems to beable to make a news update at the right time to announce a chapters release. If it wasn't for Gievmoar chances are the world wouldn't know of the updates existance until a week or two after each chapter has been completed... but oh well.
There are 2 new chapters of Bloody Monday out now so im sure your all happy enough with that anyway, chapters #3 and #4 await your viewing pleasure. However due to a few issues they aren't on OUR download section yet, so if you wanna give them a read I suggest you either give them a download at Gievmoar's site or head over to Onemanga and give it a read online. It will be added to our archives soon however.

Some readers are emailing us "ZOMG WTF BBQ SAUCE WHERE ARE DMW 9 and 10".
To clear this up: They will come. We opted to release 11 first and our cleaner is getting ready for his midterms.
Work has started on 3 new serialized monthy manga, which those are, we'll leave you in suspense, but they are good. I read em all, and at it's a hit.
I fixed the Haruhi 11 DDL link many of you were reporting broken. You can grab it in the DDL section.

Hey guys. FIRST OF ALL, I am agreeing with Telash, stop sending me (or him) messages. When you send them to me, I gotta send them on. This annoyed me and annoys the big boss. | Consideration for Unexpected Absences |

These past 2 days I've had quite a few things that needed to be sorted which have limited the time I could dedicate to scanning manga, I've had real life work, personal problems, My birthday [03/04/88] (which i was dragged out for), and another of my family comming down seriously ill (only a short while after my grandfathers death), now I don't mean to sound rude to anyone, however when things like this occur its only understandable that the scanners are going to be absent as these are deemed more important than manga, however after logging on to msn today, Ive recieved email, offline messages etc... complaining, and ive also been told we've had emails from people complaining about how long its taking to have a release, and this has SERIOUSLY annoyed me even when i was already in a rather foul mood.
Have consideration! try to consider the persons own personal issues and think before complaining, please! I know as well as anyone how annoying a late scan can be and i do prefer to have things out on time, but I would not go bugging the scan teams to hurry up because i know FULL WELL just how many things can slow down the process. I don't mean to sound rude, or insult anyone but I am in a bad mood and would be inclined to simple shut down s^3 if this happens on a regular basis, now I don't want that to happen because I love manga and i enjoy releasing it to all of you, but if there is no consideration for our personal lives and we recieve only abuse, threats and spam emails for what we do, then it will loose its appeal and eventualy we wont want to do this anymore!
Now I appologize for ranting on so long but I do hope that some of you will atleast think about the words I have said. Sometimes things will take time, other times they will be done quickly, it all depends on the personal lives of the team and its not easy (especialy when a member leaves, speaking from personal experience). Well I've ranted for long enough, there should be a release shortly, look forward to it.

| S^3 is STILL Looking for Staff! Also, an update on Bloody Monday. |

 Two pieces of news. Well, one piece of news and another announcement.
First off:
So Sexy Scans is still in need of the following staff for new (And there WILL be new projects, say, around Friday) and excisting projects:
-Cleaners
-Editors
-Quality Checkers
You can apply for a scanlating position via email at xeperudesu@gmail.com, or a translating position via email at lutris.argutiae@gmail.com, and you may also post on the forums (in suggestion/feedback), or hop inside our IRC channel at #s3 on irc.irchighway.net.
Some info on what we're looking for in applicants:
-Cleaners must be able to clean about 40 pages per week. We will provide you with HQ, high resolution raws, experience is preferred but not required, but unless you can show us your previous work we will ask you to do a cleaning test.
-Editors must be able to publish at least 1 chapter per week. You may be required to clean your own raws, but this does not happen often. As with cleaners, experience is not required and we can help you develop your skills.
-Quality Checkers will need to have previous experience with about 25 manga chapters checked. This position will be responsible for the final release quality of S^3 work.
If you have any question you can shoot them at any of the staff via mail or forum or IRC. About the current S^3 team; we are a pretty cool bunch of people who are passionate about release manga to our current and future readerbase. We like a good laugh and we help eachother whereever possible. We have staff from all over the world, namely all over Europe, to the Americas, China, and even Japan.
...And now, for the second piece of news.
So- here's me telling you that this week's issue of Bloody Monday will be delayed an indefinite amount of time (but likely not more than a few days) because somebody has loads of schoolwork and general RL stuff he has to take care of.
Oh no. Not me. Nu uh.
Also, we're slated to come out with several new manga very soon, so keep your eyes peeled and ears open for our new projects!
